we are given:

Shifting, m to the R.H.S (numerator) and shifting 32 to the L.H.S denominator.

now we get fraction:
$\frac{8}{32}$ $8/32$ $=$ $=$ $\frac{m}{52}$ $m/52$

again ,
Shifting 52 to the L.H.S numerator , thereby leaving the unknown m at the R.H.S

now solving,
$\frac{8}{32}$ $8/32$ X52 $=$ $=$ m ,
we get m $=$ $=$ 13,

therefore the proportion is :
$\frac{8}{13}$ $8/13$ $=$ $=$ $\frac{32}{52}$ $32/52$
