Sodium chloride have an ionic bond as it's a metal and non-metal element stuck together. It's charges cancel out as sodium is a positive and chlorine is negative, therefore there is no leftover charges for it to be dipole-dipole.
As for London Dispersion forces, I was taught that all atoms have it, therefore sodium chloride should have a little of it as well.
