first lets start with whats haploid cell.Haploid is the term used when a cell has half the usual number of chromosomes due to meiosis.
Each of the animal gamete is an haploid cell and will remain so till fusion.
1)secondary oocyte-haploid.
it is formed from the primary oocyte which is diploid it is halved during metaphase 2.
2)primary oocyte -diploid. as it is the diploid cell which later gets halved.
3)germinal epithelium -diploid it is the lining of the ovary which gives rise to the oogonium when then gives rise to the primary oocyte so of course it is diploid.
4)oogonium is diploid.

hormones-
-regulate the behavior of target cells.
-are not stored prior to requirement,and are secreted only when needed.
-do not catalyze reactions like enzymes do.
