In asexual reproduction there is only one parent so the offspring are identical to this parent concerning the genetic make up. For the sexual one there are two parents who both contribute to the genetic make up of the individual, which means it is not identical to any of them, but rather has a genetic make up which is a combination coming from both, half each.
Explanation:
Another point is that all off spring from asexual reproduction are identical to each other as they are all identical to their one parent, but in sexual there is a chance for different gametes to meet each time so the offspring individuals are not identical to each other.
