Technically, none of them.
Explanation:
The Precentral Gyrus contains a little ball of goo called the Primary Motor Cortex
The Primary Motor Cortex basically controls all of your vocabulary and the movement of your body parts.
So, technically, I guess you could say it's in the frontal lobe because the Precentral Gyrus that contains the Primary Motor Cortex is on the very edge of the border of the frontal lobe.
