Semplify the expression following PEMDAS rules:

$-5*2x+5*9=2*x-2*8-11$

$-10x+45=2x-16-11$

Now move all the therms in $x$ on the $LHS$ and all the costant on the $RHS$ , changing the sign when you moving it:

$-10xcolor(red)-2x=color(red)-45-27$

$-12x=-72$

$12x=72$

$x=72/12=>x=6$
