Domain and range are all real values of x and y.

We can write:
$h (x) = \frac{(x - 4) (x + 1)}{x - 4} = x + 1$ $h(x)=((x-4)(x+1))/(x-4)=x+1$

$y = x + 1$ $y = x+1$ is a straight line so will go through every value of x and have a value for every y.
