Yes and no.
Explanation:
All objects in the universe that have mass have gravity and effect the gravitational field of the entire universe.
The more mass an object has the greater it warps the gravitational field of the universe.
Humans have mass but far less mass than the planet. If a human was in deep space that human's individual gravity might have a noticeable impact on the gravity field.
Since the Earth is so massive it warps space around it while humans have a negligible effect.
Humans on Earth do not warp the gravitational field relative to the planet.
