Explanation:
What make isotopes isotopes is that they have different amounts of neutrons, so this formula you propose can't really work, unless you seem to suggest something like the number of neutrons in the heaviest isotope, and even then it doesn't work as hydrogen for example has seven know isotopes, but this formula would give a negative amount of isotopes (and even if we take the absolute value, it still wouldn't match).
