first we have to convert nitrobenzene to aniline by reducing it by passing hydrogen gas with palladium
then aniline gets converted to benzenediazonium chloride in reaction with NaNo2 and hcl
then benzenediazonium reacts with phenol to give p-hydroxyazobenzene (orange ) + hcl
