In order for a country to industrialize, you have to have capital, labor, and resources.
Britain was already well off and thanks to major corporations, they had access to many foreign goods. The last piece of the puzzle was labor, and a workforce was created when aristocrats closed off their land.
A lot of farmers worked on other peoples' land, similarly to in a fief system. However, when the land was closed off to the public, there was an influx of working-class citizens to the cities since they were displaced and had nowhere to go.
With money, people, and a variety of resources in the city, industrialization took off.
Some other additional things that helped it were the invention of machines with standardized parts where you could just buy another piece (before, if a machine broke it was unfixable), and the steam engine.
