The solution for the system of equations is:
color(blue)(x = -12/7x=127

color(blue)(y = -3/7 y=37

Explanation:

color(blue)(y = 2x +3 y=2x+3..............equation (1)(1)
9y = -3x - 99y=3x9....equation (2)(2)

Substituting equation 11 in equation 2:2:

9y = -3x - 99y=3x9

9 xx (color(blue)( 2x +3)) = -3x - 99×(2x+3)=3x9

18x + 27 = -3x - 918x+27=3x9

18x + 3x = - 9 -2718x+3x=927

21x = -3621x=36

x = -36/21x=3621

color(blue)(x = -12/7x=127

Finding yy from equation (1):(1):
y = 2x +3 y=2x+3

y = 2 xx (-12/7) +3 y=2×(127)+3

y = -24/7 +3 y=247+3

y = -24/7 +21/7 y=247+217

color(blue)(y = -3/7 y=37
