Is the Solar Wind comprised of actual matter along with energy? If so, is there a point at which the gravitational attraction of the Sun overcomes the Solar Wind?

The solar wind does have matter as well as energy. But instead of being reined in by the Sun's gravity, it eventually merges into the interstellar medium.
Explanation:
The region where tge solar wind dominates the fliw of matter in space is callef the heliosphere. The outer limit of the heliosphere where the merger with the stellar wind happens is called the heliopause. See here:
