Why are passengers thrown outward when d vehicle in which they r travelling takes a sudden turn around a circular road???

This is due to its inertia.
Explanation:
When an object suddenly changes its direction ,the object has an inherent and underlying property i.e inertia, which tries to make the object continue its old direction.
Hence, during turns people feel to be thrown outward.
It is to be noted that Newton's 1 st law of motion is based on this principle.
