Most elementary particles can't decay.

Explanation:

The elementary particles such as the photon, neutrinos and electron don't decay.

The heavier composite particles do decay. The neutron decays with a half life of about 1010 minutes.

The big question is whether the proton decays. If it does the half life is billions of years or more. Proton decay has never been observed.
