Dysphasia is what they call it in Europe, and aphasia is what they call it in America.
Explanation:
Dysphasia is a partial or complete impairment of the ability to communicate resulting from brain injury. Aphasia can be similarly described. Objectively, dysphasia refers to a more serious condition and aphasia usually refers to "that word is on the tip of my tongue but I can't say it." But both words literally mean the same thing.
