It's easy supposing f as a variable.

Explanation:

So, in the left hand side. We have,
2(f+3)+4f
Since the bracket here means multiplication if we remove them,
2*f+2*3+4f
=2f+4f+6
Adding the like terms i.e. 2f and 4f in this case
=6f+6
or 6+6f
which is equal to the left hand side
2(f+3)+4 = 6+6f
Hence proved
