It is known as embolism .
Explanation:
Any internal blood clot when becomes free from the sight of formation is called as embolism.
Many a times blood clot in lower portion of the body sets free. This if enters in lungs causes severe reaction. Known as pulmonary embolism. It is fetal if not detected.
If free blood clot enters brain circulation causes paralysis.
