Biotic means living, so how do living thing affect the tiger. The easiest answer would be the animals that the tiger hunts. If there was a lot of food, he would survive more easily, but if there wasn't enough food the tiger could easily die.
Abiotic means nonliving, so these are nonliving things that affect the tiger. Water is a great example because all living things need water, but water is not alive. Also the weather or soil are all things that could impact the tiger.
