Blood glucose levels of untreated diabetic person increases more than 120 MG per 100 ml of blood.

Explanation:

In a normal non diabetic person blood glucose is carefully maintained between 80-120 MG per 100 ml of blood.

Where 80 is called as fasting sugar and 120 is post lunch. It is measured after two hours.
In untreated diabetic post lunch sugar is kept at higher side that is more than 120 . When it is at higher side hyperglycemia increases urine output.
If blood sugar remains uncontrolled affects retinal blood vessels, kidney function and peripheral blood vessels.
In type 2 diabetes due to aging less insulin is secreted . Insulin controls entry of glucose in cells where it is promptly utilized
