Develop the numerator:
N = cos x(2cos^2 x - 1) = cos x.cos 2x
Develop the Denominator:
D = sin x(cos^2 x - sin^2 x) = sin x.cos 2x
N/D = (cos x.cos 2x)/(sin x.cos 2x) = cos x/(sin x)
