Volume of a sphere is $π \cdot r^{3} \cdot \frac{4}{3}$ $pi*r^3*4/3$ but you have half of it.

Your igloo has a volume of

$V = π \cdot r^{3} \cdot \frac{4}{6}$ $V=pi*r^3*4/6$ due to the fact that it is half of full sphere.
