Simple. We know that 1/5 =4p; and the p is the key concept to know in order to find the foci for a parabola.

Explanation:

Since it is x^2, and 4p is positive we know it is a vertical parabola opening up and since there are no translations, we know that the vertex is at the origin. So all we have to do is add the p value to the y-value of the vertex coordinate.

1/5=4p
p=1/20

The foci coordinate:

(0, 1/20)
