Only light (Electromagnetic Waves) and Gravitational Waves can travel in vacuum and can reach to infinity.
Explanation:
In a vacuum, they'd reach infinity (without any obstacle).
In real life conditions, waves lose their energy due to air friction and heat fading until complete dissipation. But gravitational waves continue to propagate as they do not dissipate completely.
