$(7 - 3 j)$ $(7 - 3j)$

$5 (2 - j) + (2 j - 3)$ $5(2 - j) + (2j - 3)$

Removing the brackets

$10 - 5 j + 2 j - 3$ $10 - 5j + 2j - 3$

Collect like terms

$- 5 j + 2 j + 10 - 3$ $-5j +2j +10 -3$

Note: If it's simplify, then you can just add them up together to get out the answer..

But since it's factors..

$(- 5 j + 2 j) + (+ 10 - 3)$ $(-5j +2j)+ (+10 -3)$

$(- 5 j + 2 j) (+ 7)$ $(-5j +2j) (+7)$

$j (- 5 + 2) + 1 (7)$ $j (-5 + 2) +1(7)$

$j (- 3) + 1 (7) \to No Factor?$ $j (-3) +1(7) -> "No Factor?"$
