My thought process here is that y=2x and y=mx only intersect at the origin (unless m = -2 but that is redundant). For these three lines to be concurrent the third must also pass through the origin, the only way this can be achieved is to have

x=0

ie

k=m

This is the least and only value of k for which these lines are concurrent.
