No there is not enough meat.

The question is asking what is $(2+3/8)-:1/4$ and is that number greater than $10$ ?

Finding a common denominator and adding numerators:

$(16/8+3/8)-:1/4$

$19/8-:1/4$

Dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by it’s reciprocal:

$19/8*4/1=76/8=9.5$

$9.5<10$ so there is not enough to make $10$ burgers
