Explanation:
When the observer of the situation does work on something we consider that work to be positive. If something else is doing the work on the object under consideration we consider that work to be negative.
The weight force is the result of gravitational field of the Earth on the suitcase. So the work done by the weight is the work done by earth on the suitcase.
But in this case the suitcases is being moved upwards and of course the weight acts downwards. And since work done is defined as the force multiplied by the direction moved in the direction (actually its and integral but the simplified version should do here) of the force the weight is not doing any work in this case.
I would go for option (c) - zero work done.
