We cross AO with BO (mother had AO and gave O as this person is not AB)
This yields the following combinations: AB, AO, BO and OO at 25% occurence each

Parents are both heterozygous for their blood group (A and B): and there is chance of appearance of all four blood types A,B,AB or O in their progeny in equal percentage i.e. 25% each.
