and
#4x−6y=2#

2) #-4x+14y=26#
and
#4x-6y=2#

3) now I am going to sum these equations

#4x-6y=2#
#8y=28#

4) #8y=\frac {28}{8}#
#y=3.5#

5) #4x−6y=2#
#4x−6×3.5=2#
#4x=2+21#
#4x=\frac{23}{4}#
#x=5.75#
