Heart , spleen and stomach are the organs of the left side of human body.
Explanation:
Anatomically we are externally bilaterally symmetrical. During development most of the organs are two in number. Therefore right and left brain, two kidneys, two lungs, right and left blood vessels and so on.
Though heart is situated towards left in rib cage it is with four chambers. It is positioned towards left. Same thing is true with stomach. Stomach is towards left side, but liver is situated to right side.
The only organ fully towards left side is spleen.
Pancreas is towards left side.
Lateral aorta is located to left side. In lower vertebrates there are two aortas. In human being and most of the mammals aorta is single. In human it originates from left ventricle.
