Explanation:
1st: Saturated lipids are solid in room temperature whereas unsaturated fats are not due to difference in chemical structures.
2nd: Saturated lipids have no double bond between molecules, which means that the fat is saturated with hydrogen molecules whereas unsaturated lipids have double bonds making them to break up the chain of hydrogen molecules, allowing the fats to liquefy at room temperature.
3rd: Saturated fats raise the levels of cholesterol in your blood which clogs the arteries over time increasing the risk of CVDs and stroke.
