Social learning theory

Explanation:

This theory was put forward by Albert Bandura. It explains one of the ways in which we learn. Bandura says that we learn through observing a model and imitating their behavior. If the model gets rewarded for their action, this increases the chance of the person imitating their behavior.

Other ways of learning, under the behaviourist approach include classical conditioning (Pavlov) and operant conditioning (Skinner).
