where, $b$ = length of base
and $h$ = height of parallelogram

Suppose, the length of base = $b$ cm

or, $b$ = $(139.2)/9.6$ = $14.5cm$

As rhombus has all the 4 sides of equal length, therefore all sides are $14.5 cm$ each.
