Acclimation is process when an organism become accustomed to a particular situation and adjusts itself according to the pros and cons of that situation. So, when a dog ignores a bee hive then it's like he knows that he would be harmed in other case. So, it's acclimation.

While adaptation basically refers to the process in which physical or chemical makeup of organism is changed in order to survive in its specific environment. For example, Xerophytes have thick waxy & leathery cuticle to minimize loss of transpiration. So that they can survive in their dry terrestrial environment. So, it's an adaptation.
