What is the movement of energy from a geothermal source of energy to produce energy which can be used?

Geo-thermal energy -> thermal energy -> heats up cold water turning it into steam which then moves turbine -> kinetic energy -> turbine powers a generator -> electrical energy.
We can then use this electrical energy in our day to day lives, as well as use the heated water in our homes instead of recycling it if we wish.
