#69/152#

Explanation:

think of it this way #(9/57)/(8/23)#

and #(9/57)/(8/23)=9/7 * 23/8# so now you just multiply the equation

how? well think it isn't really easy to explain it while typing however I have linked a video from YouTube where some one will explain it to you.

however the very simple trick is to flip the divider and turn the divide sign into multiply.

NOTE: the divider is the one to the right of the divide sign.

Hope this helped

I get #{69}/{152}#.

Explanation:

First note that #{9}/{57}# has multiples of #3# in the numerator and denominator, so divide them both by #3# to get #{3}/{19}# which is in lowest terms.

Now apply the rule that when you divide by a reaction, you multiply by the inverted fraction. Thus

#{3}/{19}\div color(blue)({8}/{23})={3}/{19}× color(blue)({23}/{8})#

And then multiply the fractions as you ordinarily would:

#{3}/{19}×{23}/{8}={3×23}/{19×8}={69}/{152}#
