$3x^2+3x-2$

We multiply out the terms in the parentheses first which gives us:
(3x+2)(x-1)= $3x^2-3x+2x-2$

Now we just add/subtract the like terms:
$(3x^2-3x+2x-2)$ +4x = $3x^2+3x-2$
