The Nazi ideology was based on the idea that Germanic people were superior, it was a combination of panGermanism( the idea that all Germanic people had to be unified under one national entity), ideas of the enlightment( the idea that a new man had to be created- the aryan), eugenics(which was promoted by anglo-saxon institutes such as the Carnegie institute), freemasonry and neopaganism( Nazis hated christianity and longed for reviving Paganism in Europe). They derived a hate of the groups mentioned in the answer and Jews happened to be at the very top of the pyramid of their hatred.
