$15x^2=7x+2$

$15x^2-7x-2=0$

$15x^2-10x+3x-2=0$

$5x*(3x-2)+3x-2=0$

$(3x-2)*(5x+1)=0$

So $x_1=-1/5$ and $x_2=2/3$
