This has no solution, please see below on why.

So let start using the distributive property where you distributed the 4 on the left side of the equal sign which give us the following:

$28c+8=28c$

So if we subtract 8 from both sides, we get:

$28c=28c-8$

So no matter where we subtract 8, we get a answer that we cannot reduce anymore which leads to no solution.

There is no solution to the equation.

$28c-28c =-8" "larr$ simplify

$0=-8$

This statement is clearly FALSE and there is also no $c$ as a variable to solve for.
