${(x - x_{0})}_{0}^{2} + {(y - y_{0})}_{0}^{2} = r^{2}$ $(x-x_0)^2+(y-y_0)^2=r^2$

Since the center is $(x_{0}, y_{0}) = (- 2, - 1)$ $(x_0,y_0)=(-2,-1)$ and it is $1$ $1$ unit away from the $x$ $x$ -axis, which gives $r = 1$ $r=1$ , we have

${(x + 2)}^{2} + {(y + 1)}^{2} = 1^{2}$ $(x+2)^2+(y+1)^2=1^2$
