You just have to learn them. There is no easy way:

$H_{2} S O_{4}$ $H_2SO_4$ sulfuric
$H N O_{3}$ $HNO_3$ nitric
$H C l$ $HCl$ hydrochloric

These are the important strong acids that you will come across.

I'll put in the ions they contain if that helps:

$2 H^{+} + S O_{4}^{2 -}$ $2H^+ + SO_4^(2-)$

$H^{+} + N O_{3}^{-}$ $H^++NO_3^-$

$H^{+} + C l^{-}$ $H^+ + Cl^-$

Note what they all have in common?

They all produce $H^{+}$ $H^+$ ions which is a useful definition of an acid.
