They're directly related, but a Kelvin measurement is 273 degrees higher than a Celsius measurement.
Explanation:
Celsius degrees and Kelvin degrees are the same size; that is, if the temperature were to raise on degree C, it would also raise one degree K. The only difference is where the 0 is placed. In Celsius, 0 degrees marks the freezing point of water, whereas in Kelvin it marks absolute zero heat. Kelvin is thought of as a better way to express temperature since a system can't actually have less than 0 heat.
