Cu^(2+), and SO_4^(2-).

Explanation:

Anhydrous copper sulfate is white; in aqueous solution, the Cu^(2+) ion gives a beautiful blue colour due to formation of the complex ion, [Cu(OH_2)_6]^(2+).

The sulfate anion, is of course along for the ride.
