Ba(NO3)2(aq)+Na2CO3(aq)BaCO3(s)+2Na(NO3)(aq)

Explanation:

All nitrates are soluble (in aqueous solution). All carbonates are INSOLUBLE (except for those of the alkali metals). Barium carbonate is certainly insoluble.

The net ionic equation for the above:

Ba2++CO23BaCO3(s)

As for any equation, both mass and charge are conserved. What does this mean with respect to the 2nd equation?
