(a) 12

Explanation:

Suppose number of bags with the required number of each jelly beans=x=x
Number of Green, orange and yellow Jelly beans=50=50 each

Number of green jelly beans to be put in each bag=2=2
:. Total number of bags which can be filled with green beans=2x
Similarly total number of bags filled with orange beans=3x
And total number of bags filled with yellow beans=4x
Number of green jelly beans 2x=50
or x=50/2=25
Similarly, for orange jelly beans 3x=50
or x=50/3=16 2/3, we ignore the fraction as this bag does not contain 3 orange beans

Out of 25 bags we are able to fill only 16 bags with 3 orange beans.

And for yellow jelly beans 4x=50
or x=50/4=25/2=12 1/2, we ignore the fraction as this bag does not contain 4 yellow beans

Therefore we can fill only 12 bags with the required number of each color of jelly beans.
