When You say that HCl is concentrated You generally intend that It is about 36% in weight (12 M) that is the maxime concentration that you can industrially obtain with chemical absorption.
But for HNO3 concentrated is about 67% (azeotrope of distillation, 14 M), so for H2SO4 aboit 96% (18 M).
For a salt, it may be the condition of saturation, that is about 260 g/L for NaCl, but for other salts it changes very much when you change the temperature.
