The name of the compound should be written as
ethyl 4-aminobenzoate and its structure should be

H2NC6H4COOC2H5 Here the NH2 group is attached in the benzene ring at the 4 or para position with respect to ethylcarboxylate group.

When HCl is reacted with the compound an acid base reaction occurs with NH2 group and HCl forming hydrochloride salt of the compound.
