$ethyl 4-aminobenzoate$ $"ethyl " "4-aminobenzoate"$ and its structure should be

$H_{2} N - C_{6} H_{4} - C O O C_{2} H_{5}$ $H_2N-C_6H_4-COOC_2H_5$ Here the $N H_{2}$ $NH_2$ group is attached in the benzene ring at the 4 or para position with respect to ethylcarboxylate group.

When $H C l$ $HCl$ is reacted with the compound an acid base reaction occurs with $N H_{2}$ $NH_2$ group and $H C l$ $HCl$ forming hydrochloride salt of the compound.
