This is Fe^(3+) ion.........., i.e. "ferric ion, Fe(III)"

Explanation:

[Fe(C-=N)_6]^(3-) is the complex ion, that is composed of a Fe^(3+) centre, and 6xx""N-=C^(-) ligands.

Of course, the resultant complex preserves the ionic charge of its consituent ligands and metal centre, and the net charge is 6xx(-1)+3=??

If the counterion were potassium, i.e. K^+, what salt would likely precipitate from solution?
